The ground rules for using Solab — written to be read, not to hide anything.

Overview
These terms govern your use of Solab. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. They are written to be readable; where something is uncertain or still in beta, we say so.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity in your workspace. Keep your login secure, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
Use Solab only for content you have the right to record and process, and in line with the law and any consent requirements for recording other people. Do not use the service to harm others, infringe rights, or attempt to break its security or reach other workspaces.
Billing
Solab is sold on a free plan and on paid plans. Every plan carries a monthly pool of transcription minutes and a monthly pool of AI credits: both are enforced, both reset at the start of each calendar month, and neither carries over. When a pool runs out we stop the metered work and tell you — Solab never bills overage. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings → Billing. Some earlier workspaces sit on a complimentary internal plan with no limits; that is a grandfathered exception, not the general rule.
Paid subscriptions
A paid subscription runs for the term you choose — monthly or annual — and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are set in US dollars and collected in Turkish lira at the exchange rate resolved at checkout; payment is taken on the payment provider’s own secure page and your card number never reaches Solab. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your plan until the end of the term you already paid for, after which the workspace continues on the free plan; a failed renewal keeps the plan for a short grace period before the same thing happens. Your content & intellectual property
Your recordings, transcripts and notes are yours. Solab and its branding, software and design are ours. You grant Solab only the permissions needed to operate the service for you — such as processing your media to build your notes.
Disclaimers & liability
Solab is provided “as is” during beta. AI output can be imperfect, so verify anything important against the source — which every claim links back to. To the extent the law allows, Solab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. If anything here is unclear, contact us.
