Cancellation & refund policy
How cancelling works, what happens to a failed renewal, and how to ask for a refund — written the way the product actually behaves.

In short
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time and keep the plan until the end of the term you already paid for. Solab never bills overage, and after you cancel you are not charged again. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we will look at it.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancellation is scheduled rather than immediate: the paid plan stays active until the end of the current term, the automatic renewal is switched off, and the stored card reference is removed at the payment provider. When the term ends the workspace continues on the free plan — your recordings, transcripts and notes are not deleted, but the free plan’s monthly limits and feature set apply from then on.
When a renewal payment fails
If an automatic renewal cannot be charged, the subscription is marked past due and the plan is kept for a short grace period — currently three days — while the charge is retried. If it still cannot be taken, the workspace moves to the free plan. A term is only ever charged once, so a retry never results in a double charge.
Asking for a refund
There is no self-service refund button in the app today, so refunds are handled by us case by case. Write to us from the account e-mail with the order reference shown on your payment confirmation and tell us what went wrong. We will reply to every request. Where a refund is due it is returned through the payment provider to the card used for the payment; how quickly the credit appears on your statement is decided by your bank, not by us.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under Turkish consumer law. The withdrawal-right position for a digital service that starts immediately after payment is explained in the distance selling agreement.
Unused minutes and credits
Transcription minutes and AI credits are a monthly allowance, not stored value. Both pools reset at the start of each calendar month; unused minutes and credits do not carry over to the next month and are not exchanged for money.
Changing plans
Moving to a higher plan starts a new term and is paid at checkout. Moving to a lower plan — or to the free plan — is scheduled for the end of the current term, so you keep what you already paid for until then.
Contact
For anything about a payment, a cancellation or a refund, contact us with your account e-mail and the order reference. If we change this policy we publish the new version here, and the version that applies to a purchase is the one published when the purchase was made.
